At MultiLipi, we aim to provide complete transparency and flexibility to our customers regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

Please read the following terms carefully:
Cancellation Requests
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to all paid features will remain active until the end of that period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund for subscription payments made within the past 7 days, provided there has been no significant usage of our services during this period.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial use of the service, or for subscription periods outside the initial 7-day window. Fees for add-ons, custom integrations, or one-time setup charges are also non-refundable once services have been provided.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans, please provide at least 30 days" notice before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following term. Prorated refunds may be available if the request meets our eligibility criteria and is submitted within 7 days of payment.
Data Retention
Setelah pembatalan, data akun pengguna akan disimpan selama 60 hari untuk memungkinkan ekspor data atau pengaktifan kembali akun. Setelah periode ini, semua data akan dihapus secara permanen dari server kami, kecuali jika penyimpanan diwajibkan oleh hukum.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and refunded via the original payment method.
